Factory Management & Production Analysis
I have had experience of the following production units:
1. Frozen Meats
- Out Sourced Meat Units in Meerut, Vashi and Thane
- Here I produced my own brands and private labels of meats for export.
- Was a full- time consultant with Allana at the Mourigram Factory( with an abbatior), West Bengal. My main function was to manage the political and factory environment including the ETP. I was directly involved with production and management functions as also fire drills and safety measures.
- I was entrusted with task of developing "local frozen vegetable".
2. Frozen Mango Pulp
- Outsourced and managed production in a unit in Bangalore where we produced our own brand and private labels for export.
3. Packaged Teas and Teabags.
